About Nate

Yoga is my practice, my passion, and my way of creating connection. I first stepped onto the mat as a runner looking to stretch, but yoga quickly became something much deeper—a way to integrate movement, breath, and presence. Since earning my RYT-200 in 2015, I have guided students through heated and unheated Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and the 26+2 series, always with a focus on breathwork, intentional sequencing, and accessibility. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body, every experience, and every stage of life.

Beyond the studio, I offer mentorship, private coaching, and immersive retreats designed to help students bridge the gap between practice and daily life. Whether we’re moving through a vigorous flow, settling into stillness, or simply breathing together, my goal is to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their own inner landscape. Grounded in both discipline and ease, my approach honors yoga as a ritual—a returning to self, again and again.
